Do you want to learn how to manage stress and find it easier to relax?

Meditation has been proven to provide fantastic benefits to your physical, mental and emotional health.


  • This four week introductory course, Journey Into Stillness, will give you a comprehensive guide to the benefits of meditation and introduce you to different styles and ways of meditating. It will also provide strategies to overcome the common challenges many people face with meditation and their busy minds.
  • Effective tools and techniques on breathing, meditation and mindfulness will be taught to help you create your own daily practice, better manage stress and foster peace of mind and optimal wellbeing.


  • Classes will be held in a beautiful and tranquil hinterland healing studio in Cooroy Mountain, perfect for stepping outside the busyness of life, calming your mind and connecting to your inner being.
No prior experience necessary

Classes are run Wednesday evenings from 6.30-8.00pm, starting 6th November 2019 for 4 weeks

To me Karen is an absolute angel! I highly recommend Karen to anyone who is going through the whole ‘roller coaster’ journey of IVF. It was so lovely to actually have someone that actually listened to me, it was in 2010 when we decided we would give IVF one last go before having a break.
